Phos could easy be one of the absolute best Hotel in Santorini. Phos is levels above what is usually offered, the standard is very high and friendly. The rooms are large, beautifully furnished and it is a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The staff is extremely service minded and always just a call away. At Phos, you feel very welcome the moment you enter the hotel door. The location is fantastic if you want peace and a great view over the caldera, its very pictorial and there is a nice calm in the hotel. The breakfast and the food is delicious. It is recommended with a rental car for a greater experience , Phos will arrange this. It is very easy to stay at the hotel all day long and just hanging out with wife . Absolutely highly recommended for guests who expect a higher but also more relaxed atmosphere.

A wonderful place sums it all ! Staff are really nice , cooperative young people ! Many thanks and compliments for their hospitality! The hotel is located in the south area outside of Akrotiri with a beautiful view of the sea , the caldera and the cities of Fira and Oia. We had a bad experience with flight delays and rescheduled flight to Santorini so we arrived really late but the staff provided us with some salads (after kitchen hours) so we dont have to worry where to find some food. - again many thanks ! Also our checkout was really early so they offered us to-go boxes with some breakfast and coffee - very very pleasing , thank you guys !! Upon arrival we got upgraded as a special surprise and we got the Diamond Suite which was another positive moment after the awful travel experience we had - just lovelly how they treat the guests. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the overcrowded cities of Fira and Oia this is the place ! Location is beautiful and you can easily use a car rental company to go to where you need. The room was spacious with everything you need. Everything was perfect ! If you want to visit the other cities- Oia is a 40-50 min drive , Fira is 20 mins away so its no big deal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We received many complimentary services, such as transfer and room upgrades, probably because our stay was not during the peak season. The hotel staff assisted us in arranging local activities, like a yacht trip and a city tour. The food was delicious, and the view was amazing. I don't have words to describe it. Wow. This was the best stay we’ve ever had. First of all, the staff…..Theo right from the start with all the communication before our stay, she was incredibly helpful for us coming from CA and to Santorini for the first time. They helped us arrange transport to the hotel from the airport and allowed us graciously have an early check in. when we got there, they all greeted us with smiles and helped us with our luggage and any needs we had. Vargas (sp) was so amazing and was right there when we needed anything. We ordered lunch to be delivered and it was some of the best food we’ve had in years (loved the salmon bowl). We went outside and there was our own private pool with a view that I can not describe….unobstructed beauty of the ocean and ships. We stayed in the two bedroom suite….so much room, very clean and if you needed something, Theo and Vargas were there in a second to get it! we laid by the pool sunning and swam to the infinity edge and just soaked in the view. Then Theo suggested Seaside Santorini restaurant for dinner and they treated us like royalty and we ate the most delicious dinner. but even the most amazing part is yet to come! Breakfast, included with the room, was delicious, giant portions and so much to choose from! And brought right to your room!! My family loved that sooooo much! George, the night manager, was always friendly and had a nice smile even when you asked him for things. They all felt like family. I could go on and on…..we truly loved the place and especially the people who worked there. Please do yourself a favor and stay at Phos!!!!
